EOR India Pricing 2026: What Every Provider Actually Charges

By Kiran, Founder, Saileor. Prices verified against each provider’s published pricing on 7 July 2026. We re-verify monthly and date-stamp every change.
Every “best EOR” listicle quotes prices. Almost none of them tell you when the price was checked, and half of them contradict each other. So here is the table we wish existed when we benchmarked our own pricing: every major provider’s published India EOR rate, verified on a stated date, updated monthly.
Yes, we sell against these companies. That is exactly why every number below links to a public source you can check yourself.
Published EOR pricing for India, verified July 2026
| Provider | Published price (per employee/month) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Deel | $599 | Negotiated rates of $400 to $500 reported at 20+ employees |
| Remote | $599 | Published flat rate |
| Multiplier | $400 | Lowest published rate among the global platforms |
| Omnivoo | $149 to $349 | Range depends on plan |
| Wisemonk | $99 to $200 | India specialist |
| Saileor | $99 | Flat rate, no FX markup, no deposit. Full pricing |
A price alone tells you little. Three follow-up questions separate the real cost from the sticker.
Question 1: what happens to the platform fee at FX time?
The platform fee is the visible charge. The invisible one is the exchange rate. Several global platforms apply a markup of 2 to 5% when converting your USD or EUR invoice into INR salaries. On a $60,000 India payroll, a 3% FX spread is $1,800 a year, per employee, that never appears as a line item. Ask any provider to state their FX policy in writing. Ours is in the pricing page: interbank rate, no spread.
Question 2: is there a deposit?
Some platforms require a refundable deposit of one to two months of total employment cost per employee. On a senior engineer, that can mean $6,000 or more of your cash parked per hire. It is refundable, but it is your working capital funding their risk model. Saileor charges no deposit.
Question 3: does the fee survive the new Labour Codes?
India’s four Labour Codes, in force since 21 November 2025 and clarified by the Ministry’s March 2026 FAQs, raised the statutory wage base through the 50% wage rule and extended gratuity to fixed-term employees after one year. Your EOR’s fee did not change, but the employment cost underneath it did, by 5 to 15% for many salary structures. When comparing providers, ask each one to quote fully loaded cost, not platform fee. We explained the changes for foreign employers [here → internal link to Blog 1] and you can model your own numbers in the India Hiring Cost Calculator.
Why India specialists price at a fraction of global platforms
Deel and Remote maintain entities in 100+ countries and price to fund that surface area. If you hire across ten countries, that is worth paying for. If you are hiring in India specifically, you are subsidising 99 entities you will never use.
India specialists like us, Wisemonk, and Asanify run one country deep instead of a hundred wide: local payroll teams, direct handling of EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and TDS filings, and pricing that reflects a single-country cost base. Which model fits you depends on your hiring map. We built a 2-minute EOR matchmaker that asks about your headcount plan and tells you honestly whether you need a global platform or a specialist, including when the answer is not us.

The bottom line
For India-only hiring in 2026: global platforms cluster at $400 to $599 per employee per month plus FX spread and deposits; India specialists run $99 to $200 flat. On a 10-person India team, that spread is $36,000 to $60,000 a year, enough to fund another hire.
This table is re-verified on the first week of every month. If you spot a price that has changed before we do, email sales@saileor.com and we will update it with credit.
