What's included in your per-employee fee?
Your monthly per-employee fee covers EOR employment in India: compliant contracts, onboarding, payroll, payslips, tax withholding, statutory filings (EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF), employee helpdesk, and compliant offboarding. Government dues and optional benefits are billed at actuals.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Your invoice shows exactly three lines: the Saileor platform fee, pass-through statutory and benefit costs, and any add-ons you've approved.
How fast can we onboard a new hire?
Typically 48–72 hours after documents are complete and the salary structure is approved.
